Adjustable Beds Store

I bought two beds here more than 20 years ago. The remotes stopped working and the only thing they can offer is for me to buy new beds. I just need remotes. They are warn out. The beds are fine. I finally just opened the remotes up and cleaned the contacts. Now I have a working bed and remote. Be wary, be very wary of this store.

I had a warranty issue with a Golden Technologies Lift chair for a 2nd time in less than a year and I wanted the chair replaced do to it being the 2nd time with the same issue. The 1st time I had this issue was a month after I purchased the chair and it was replaced at that time. This time I wanted the chair replaced but not necessarily with the same model chair. The manager at that time decided that the chair would be replaced and I decided on a different model chair. They delivered the chair and I thought all was good except I didn’t receive any kind of paperwork showing that the chair was replaced with a different model. I called Electropedic regarding my paperwork and I was informed that the manager was no longer employed by them! He didn’t do any paperwork on the warranty & replacement of my the chair he just swapped the chairs to appease me. He sure did tarnish the good thoughts I had of Electropedic. I’m. Waiting to see if the owner(s) of electropedic will do about all of this!
