I was very pleased with the professional way that Semperfi handled the inspection and maintenance of my A/C system. They were sure to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. The technician, Daniel called me when he was on the way. He took pictures of what he saw during the inspection and explained what he did as part of the inspection. He was very thorough and carefully answered my questions. I was pleased that he found my A/C unit was well within range of expected standards and that he did not pressure me into other optional services. I asked him about signing up for periodic maintenance like I already had on my rental houses. He said they did and stated the present price. Since it had increased from what I now pay for my other houses, I asked if they could honor that price. I was happy that they did. And Clayton was the best he went above and beyond to get us in our new unit, they even brought in a portable unit to keep us cool while the new unit was installed within the next day.
