A request for proposal has been issued by the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation. The corporation is looking for a local full-service agency or compay that would be able to offer its website development and design services for the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation's future marketing.

Updating the Tamps Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation's website is a top priority for the agency, as are new electronic communication tools and sales materials. The agency stated that these will help make them more visible to corporate site selectors as well as executive decision makers in the county.

EDC President and Chief Executive Officer, Rick Homans, stated that the agency's mission is to "position Hillsborough County as a top-tier business destination." To be successful at this, Homans went on to state that the EDC needed to present a "professional, cohesive image that effectively communicates the identity of our community and the value of our organization.”
