Surprise KinderCare

I can't express my happiness with Kindercare - Surprise. This is my first kid I've put into daycare and they have made the process so easy. The baby rooms are always cleaned and sanitized. So many daycares are hit or miss, but I hit on the first try here. Thank you to all the amazing ladies that help my son learn and grow. Thank you Frances, Alex, Leslie, Jamie, Destiny and McKenna...you are all awesome!

We have a daughter with special needs and had a GTube when she was 1 years old and this was the only daycare that would accept her in all surprise! Shes 9 now Since then all my kids have been attending Kindercare, We love it! The staff that have been there since we started feel like family to us !

I had interviewed with MS Coughlin back in February 2023. She and told me everything she thought I had wanted to hear and had offered me a position as an assistant Pre-K teacher, and was told she needed to wait to hear back from corporate, which could take a couple weeks and that she would be in touch. After being employed with KinderCare previously I knew better and that's where our communication ended, and I accepted a job offer elsewhere. On August 18th 2023 I received a message on indeed fromMichael Aleman-Muren the district manager stating "We would love to connect with you regarding a position." On the 22nd, I replied that I was interested, and he messaged back asking if I had ever interviewed with a center before, and I explained my interaction with Ms Coughlin. On the 24th, when I had not heard a response back from him, I reached back out asking if there was some type of conflict of interest on my end, and if they were no longer interested in speaking with me. He replied, "Hi, I am just working with the center and recruiter to follow up with you and the rest of our candidates. We expect them to reach out by end of the week. Thank you." I never heard back from them after that. It is clear-cut that this location refuses to hire a person who is more than qualified and is in a wheelchair. If I contacted the EEOC and reported them and every other facility for discrimination against a person with a disability, I would be wasting so much of my time and energy because sadly they are not the only ones who have the inability to see a person's experience and qualifications past their wheelchair.

I have been a kindercare family since 2016. My daughter started when she was 12 weeks old and finished throughout their pre-kindergarten program. One of my highest concerns when selecting this center was the length of time their teachers have been with the center. They do not have a high turnover rate. Some of their teachers have been there for years! This not only puts my mind at ease, but informs me that it is a great environment, not only for my littles but for the employees as well. Throughout the past 6 years, my direct liason has been the assistant director, Frances Glasser. She has always listened with an open ear, and assisted me with any concern I have brought up. In addition, my kids love to run up to her when they see her and tell her hello! She's definitely the glue that holds the center together. I appreciate her greatly! My children are definitely safe and loved while in surprise kindercare's care. They also learn so much and enjoy attending. We are grateful for Surprise Kindercare and treating our children as if they were their own!
