From very first contact phone making appointment was a HEARING experience have had hearing loss 20-25 years. Dr. Padgett checking aids already had 5th-6th set with not getting sound I was missing. Hearing test provided info repair 1 aide and adjusted which included cell phone answering with 100% hearing. These guys are AWESOME !!! Give Shelby Hearing Center a call today!!! We had the very best experience! It all started when we called to inquire about an appointment to replace my Mom's battery door style hearing aids she had for five years. We are new to the area and needed an audiologist closer than where we were in Hendersonville. We spoke with Melissa to make the appointment and she was so kind, patient, understanding and helpful. We got in right away and decided to make the 30 minute drive. Upon arriving at the office, we loved the location, how clean the place was and appreciated the warm and welcoming greeting from Brenda at the desk. She is definitely on the ball and greeted other patients by their proper names and multi-tasked with calls and setting up future appointments for us! When we met Dr. Karen, we instantly knew we made the right choice. She is outstanding at what she does; and friendly, funny, easy to talk to and so caring. Mom got her state of the art assessment and exam and went with the Bluetooth enabled, rechargeable pair of hearing aids that look great on her, were fitted perfectly and are discreet. Sydney helped Mom set everything up on her smartphone and took great care with her, too. We are delighted to recommend the center and feel appreciated, cared for and connected.
