FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

EDIT: I was given incorrect information. Had to deal with centralized customer service. Long story short, my package couldn't be shipped, and I have to pick it up and try elsewhere. Won't go to one star because at least they caught the problem on time. Original: Ashley was single-handedly dealing with several not-so-easy clients. She was extremely helpful to each of them and didn't complain (I would've lost my mind!) FedEx was able to do custom visa pictures well and at a decent price; I just had to cut them. Highly recommended!

had a great experience here. lady at the shop helped me pack and ship some vinyl records. very helpful and friendly.

Been coming here for YEARS - just had the worse customer service experience on the phone with a woman there right now as Im writing this. The FedEx website is down when you go to select a lab office location and I was asking if I could email them to print and Id pick up. The woman told me there would be a rush fee and then asked me how many pages it was for my documents. She then proceeded to sigh and obviously flustered because I was having to tally up my page count. As I told her I was doing this, she proceeded to tell me I could just order online, which you cant do because of the error on the FedEx website. The woman then proceeded to ramble, maybe too much caffeine I dont know Im just taking a wild guess. It became apparent that they didnt want to do the job so Im going to local printer instead from now on when possible. It serves its purpose for self print, but whoever that woman is, could use some training on customer service.
