They saved the wedding weekend! We had a destination wedding at Timberline Lodge the weekend of January 11th, where we had 40 guests and 50 inches of snow over 6 days. I used three transportation companies, including Luxury Accommodations, to shuttle our guests from the Airport/Portland to the Lodge on Mt. Hood and back. When one of our other transportation service providers decided that there was too much snow and failed to get our wedding party to the timberline and instead, dropped them off at the Sandy Transport Center in order to take the public shuttle, including dresses, tuxes, decorations and gifts, I called Luxury Accommodations and they immediately sent a van to accommodate some of our older guests along with the wedding gear. Since I had just fired the non-performing company for our return service on Sunday, Luxury Accommodations was also able to provide additional return services on Sunday in their place with one of there brand new vans. Luxury accommodation regularly provides non emergency medical transportation for a family member . I am first of all grateful that they pick up in Sandy, Oregon. Most other companies will often accept the ride and then drop it last minute just as they should be showing up. Luxury accommodation shows up on time and they don't leave without him. He describes them as reliable, outgoing, extremely helpful, and protective. That he has this wholesome experience with transport is priceless to me. That I can trust he is safe is a relief. He told me " they made me feel safe and understood... And appreciated, which isn't usually the case". Thank you for acting like a caring community in your work.
