San Francisco Small Business Owners Struggling for Money

There is lot said about the technology companies that are making their way in San Francisco and therefore many people are already aware of that. However, at the 2012 Small Business Summit that happened on Friday, many of the small business owners of San Francisco Bay Area said that they are really struggling with the finances especially with the increasing health cost that they have to come up with for their employees. There are many small business owners that feel that they have to pay more attention to their employees and their demands as well and health is the biggest problem that they are facing today.

Employees are very much human and therefore they are prone to sickness and health issues. However, providing too many health benefits can rip off the company’s profit and therefore small business owners have come up to talk about this issue at the summit. Many of the top experts feel that employers can redirect their funds from marketing because they can use various social media tools to market their company without spending millions on it. There are many people that believe that social media can provide them with better employees and marketing tips that can help them save more money.
