San Francisco market is really hot and happening and therefore many business companies are trying to make the most of the time they have. There are many smaller companies that are now interested in dealing with bigger companies that can not only help them financially but also help them when the markets are not doing well enough. Recently, Revision3 which is a San Francisco based online video provider have merged with Discovery Communications. The company said that they were looking for better deals that can help them to establish their business and therefore they went ahead with the deal.

Although, both the companies have remained silent on the price but many of the insiders claim that the deal could have cost Discovery Communications around $30 million. Revision3 has been founded by former CEO and co-founder of Digg, Kevin Rose and Jay Adelson. The company claims that they have more than 23 million monthly unique visitors through the 27 channels that they have. Discovery Communications feel that Revision3 will be a good deal that will help them to expand their customers in the future. The company has their headquarters in Maryland and they would definitely like to spread across the United States.
