The Terraces Apartments

Quite possibly the worst managed apartment complex I've ever lived in. Management is incredibly unresponsive (if even that), so it is hard to even get a lease started in the first place. Good luck contacting them when you have any issues (except for the maintenance and janitorial staff like Mike, who are awesome). Packages INSIDE the building are regularly stolen within hours of delivery, and management refuse to use the security cameras to stop it. When you email them, they refuse to respond. When you call them, it always goes to voicemail. They do not care about the residents here. Absolutely terrible experience.

Overall the first time experience of leasing an apartment was not too bad, nor overly stressful, I am satisfied with my experience, with that said, on the flip side the apparent lack of communication after a change of staff was a bit problematic and the reason I give 4 *'s instead of 5.

Absolutely love my apartment! Michael and Ricky always take care out any needs for the apartment or questions I have. The area is busy enough with tourist that I feel safe in being a women living alone. Highly recommend this location!

I love it here. My unit has a fantastic view of the Salesforce Tower. It is also conveniently located next to Polk st, the bay, and the FiDi. The staff has all been exceptional and helped me move smoothly. Special thanks to Ricky and Michael.
