United Allergy Services have been one of the popular companies in San Antonio but now the company has break a deal with Serent Capital that has bought the company. Serent Capital is a private equity firm and they have announced that they have bought United Allergy Services.

Sharing more about the deal, United Allergy Services said that they have been looking for some financial stability and therefore they went ahead with the deal. The company said that this deal will help them get all the financial power that they need to continue the business. On the other hand, Serent Capital will also provide them with more diversity that they need to expand their business in various sectors. United Allergy Services said that they would like to experiment in various sectors and therefore they need someone that can support them in every possible way. The company has not provided more details about the deal, but they have hinted that the deal is certainly above $50 million. UAS said that they would like to be known as more diversified company rather than focusing on single products and services.
