San Antonio has always been good for business development and top banking companies like Chase feels that they need more employees that can work in the Retail Operations Center in San Antonio. The company has made an announcement that they will be hiring more 150 employees that they would need for their Retail Operations Center probably by June or July. The company said that the center is located in North San Antonio at 20855 Stone Oak Parkway. Chase also announced that 100 of those 150 employees will be required for their fraud risk operations and therefore they need people with banking experience.

Chase has been focusing on improving their banking services and therefore they always look for candidates that have prior banking experience. However, the company said that they are also looking for people that have strong customer support experience because they will need some employees to handle their customer support team. The company also said that they would like if former US military members want to grab this opportunity since they have good information and experience.

Chase also said that apart from 100 fraud risk operation analysts they need 50 more workers that can work as telephone bankers and provide better customer support to their customers and clients. For this they will need candidates that have prior call center experience or someone that has better customer support skills. The company is also looking for candidates that have knowledge about multiple languages. Sharing more information about their operations, Chase Bank said that they added 500 jobs in San Antonio last year. The bank has 50 branches in San Antonio at the moment and they still need more employees to grow.
