Let me start off by saying thank you to the amazing staff at Alderman's Chevy Buick GMC, everyone involved with the sale made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected. Something I didnt receive at other dealerships in the area. When trying to test drive a car at the young age of 24 not many salesmen take you seriously. Luckily Brian did. He was knowledgeable, kind, personable, respectful, and above all, passionate. He was committed to helping me find exactly what I was asking for without pressuring me into something I didnt want or need. Second, Erik, the finance manager made a daunting process enjoyable. He was fun, excited, caring and open about the whole process. Third, Dave, although the newest, Dave knew how to relate to the customer, he helped making signing the paper work much less of a drag. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. Lastly, Amber, who without reaching out to me about coming in to test drive the car I wanted I never would have done it. She checked stock, prices, colors, and options while maintaining a professional attitude. The whole team did an outstanding job selling me the car I wanted for an amazing price.
