Worst PC service I have ever recieved, by far.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. The fat weird guy (Scott, I believe he is the owner.) behind the desk seemed very condescending and spoke down to me and the customer who was in front of me. As soon as you walk in the floor here, you can tell this place is different and not in a good way. There a bunch of tables of used and ancient products which give the feeling as if you were at a yard sale in 1995. Nothing there was worth purchasing or was a product less than 5 years old. Most of his inventory seemed like a feeble attempt at filling his retail space, but it is all junk. He seemed very deceptive in explaining his services and mg bill was outrageous. I would NOT recommended d this place to my worst enemy. Why cannot give ZERO stars? BUYER BEWARE. If you have to attempt to use PC America for any services, do NOT immediately agree to ANY services (You will be charged) and get a second or third opinion. I guarantee anyone can do better than this place.
