Meredith was the best realtor we have ever worked with and it is not an exaggeration to say we would not have successfully bought a home in this market without her. From across the country she did virtual walk throughs, scheduled same day walk/talk inspections, answered countless texts at all hours, and connected us with the best professionals in the area. She is very detail oriented and was indispensable in going through each home with a fine tooth comb before even getting on the video call with us, as we were in the market for a historic property. She would even let us know if it wasnt worth our time, because pictures dont capture everything! It was stressful to move from a cold market to a hot market, but she managed our anxieties with compassion and humor, putting us completely at ease.
