This spring, Portland will be getting three brand new GLBT publications to cater to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community in city.

This comes on the tail of Portland losing a prominent magazine, Just Out, in December. It had been in business for 30 years and left a significant void in its wake.
PQ Monthly launched in February, along with a website, by the same publishers that produce El Hispanic News. But that's not all. Out City is a travel and lifestyle magazine targeting the GLBT market and will be produced by the publishers of Portland Monthly, SagaCity Media, Inc. It will launch in May. Lastly, Just Out will be getting a reboot by the former publishers of Portland Bride and Groom. The publishers are Jonathan Kipp and Eddie Glenn under their company, Glenn-Kipp. Websites aren't available for the latter two magazines at this moment, but it is likely this will change as their launch dates approach.
