Unless you keep up the latest news from Philadelphia law firms, you might not have heard that Byler & Blaker has recently been absorbed into Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman.

Anthony L. Byler and Evan A. Blaker have officially joined the team at Cohen Seglias and are now in charge of litigation involving employment, labor, and construction. Prior to being absorbed, Byler & Blaker represented developers of all kinds, contractors, and others involved in construction, business, and collection throughout the Philadelphia area.
Cohen Seglias is a 52-lawyer firm and is taking these two new lawyers into the fold, with Byler focusing on construction practice and Blaker placing an emphasis on commercial litigation.
It seems Cohen Seglias was eager to take on the two-lawyer firm to expand their offerings, especially since more and more construction has been going on in the Philadelphia area.
