If I could give 0 stars I would I dropped 8 pages off there telling them they brought them to the wrong address I came home today and they are sitting infront of my garage not porch garage again who does that

One person working there named Diana. I have a label that won't scan in the kiosk, since FedEx doesn't believe in customer service anymore that's the best way to get a package checked in. I bring the package to the desk and Diana states that the label wasn't printed well, there is a light spot and that's why it won't scan. She then tells me to leave and get another label. I told her no because I just don't carry labels on me and the nearest label is over 30 minutes away. I had to tell her to manually type in the tracking number. It was obvious she didn't want to do the work of typing in the label and making sure the package was checked in. FedEx just doesn't care anymore. This is why I ship other ways unless I have to use them.

This location exceeded my expectations. I had a bad experience at the local library and needed a textbook printed. I called and Danielle assured me that I could order the print job online and save myself $15. She helped me in store as well and had great customer service. Thank you, Ill be back again

I just wanted to thank Jesus for his excellent customer service! I had a complicated printing job that required a lot of critical thinking to make it work. Jesus was relentless in making sure he could get the job done. He spent over an hour helping me! I was blown away by his excellent customer service and am so appreciative. Thank you, Jesus!
