Bob Anderson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Lois Giannoni had an incredibly generous amount of patience of a first time car buyer. I cannot recommend her enough. Excellent team member in Bob's office. I hope to continue working with her for my policy renewals.

I used Bob and his team for a couple years for insurance. After thinking I had renewed it, I was contacted several weeks later by someone with or connected to his team requesting additional information. When I called his office, the staff member (whom I will not name) said they dropped the ball. In the meantime I was unknowingly without coverage. His staff member did not seem to appreciate why not having coverage was so problematic--which was ironic given they're the ones selling insurance. Despite repeated call back requests I never received call backs from the people assisting Bob's team on the insurance. Bob only got involved after multiple weeks of me trying to get things sorted out, and only after I asked. That tells me he doesn't have his finger on the pulse of his clients.
