I purchase a start up package from Unique World and from the beginning until I received my bounce houses it was a pleasurable experience. The answered all of my questions not only about their products but also about the inflatables industry. They even supplied me with all necessary documents I needed to run my rental company in the most professional manner. As for the quality of the bounce houses, I have been in the business for well over 3 years now and have yet to have a problem with my products. I would suggest to contact Crystal she was my sales rep.
