I cannot say enough nice things about Constable Viera. Several months ago I hired him to serve my ex-husband with a contempt summons. Frank was kind & patient with me as he explained the process — which was complicated because the parties reside in different states. He promptly served the documents & immediately called me to notify me that they had been served. Days later I received proof of service. Fast forward several months... In my haste to get out the door, I forgot the proof of service, which is required by the court. I called him (I was somewhat hysterical by this point, my ex was over $8000 in arrears on his support) to see if he could sent proof of service... Long story short, Ken, who was driving, stopped what he was doing to personally email the court on my behalf. As I scolded myself for doing something so dumb, he was incredibly kind & basically gave me a pep talk when I needed it the most!! Seriously, this guy is the absolute best. ❤️

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! No matter how desperate you are. He will charge you WAY above other people and he won’t even do it right. Makes you show up to serve the person you PAY him to serve. You do all the work and he’s a wingnut! Complete waste of money and time. He’s a fat slob who didn’t even want to get out of his car. I had to hand the papers over for him. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. You will regret it.
