No it's not okay a customer care representative should have you wait to finish her love call. And chewing gum in your face after, acting like the whole job is doing favors for people. And then you wonder why customers aren't happy.

We placed an online order, it was on time, I was notified by email. Very easy pick up. In store customer service was friendly and quick to help.

I'm not sure if I should blame the Home Depot itself or the installation and delivery companies that work for them. First we ordered a refrigerator that came dented and we were promised money off. Well, long story short that never happened. Then when it comes to the installation people, we were told that the installation on our bathroom floor wood include removing a sink, but the installer said they didn't do that so I had to cancel that installation. Next came our screen door installation. I sat home most of the day waiting for the installers who are supposed to be here between 11 and three and finally showed up around 3. Maybe next time I'll try Lowe's.
