I had an amazing experience tonight. I was wandering around and feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed when Will G came up to me and asked if I needed any help, which I so did! He was kind, professional, and helped me book a full face makeup. Im getting married and dont wear makeup, but told him I was so ready to purchase. I was about to walk out but he sold me on their different services and said he could help me book a session in person.
As I was leaving, someone also mentioned to him that they had mentioned how great of a help he had been at the counter.
If you go to this Sephora do yourself a favor and ask for Will G!

Came to get some hair products as the hotel offerings were grim. The staff were amazing, really knowledge with the products and friendly. Busy shop but kept well stocked and tidy.

The vibes are just off.
I came in here trying to get my birthday gift, the person I spoke to seemed irritated by me asking. I proceeded to look around the store, it was messy and half of the samples were missing from the shelves.
