An incompetent scale technician from B and M scale not qualified to service equipment that he is about to make less accurate just posted a google review on us. At Dynamic we employ quality trained personnel at a very competitive rate of pay, train them at our expense, and do not ask other companies like B and M scale to train our employees for us at their expense. Customers should make sure any calibration of force measurement equipment is only done on a testing machine traceable to NIST and examine the certification of the standards used by any company. Some companies are actually trying to calibrate force measurement with dead weights and with standards less accurate than the accuracy requirement of the units being calibrated. Obviously the standard must be certified higher. We have 40 years in this business as the leader in force measurement. Other "scale companies" are responsible to their customers to be trained on anything they take in.
