        I make an appointment for my son one week ago.. i ask the person on the phone if they accepting my insurance he said yes. January 20,2016 Wednesday 5pm is my appointment i came 4:45pm so i came early to fill up the form since i have a new insurance. Me and my son was waiting for 45 minutes.When she call us inside the office the doctor said I'm don't accept Cigna and i can't explain it to you .Why you didn't tell me before, you saw me and my son waiting for you for an hour. you didn't even see my son you just ask me and my son to go out from your office. You're mean and unprofessional . Just because we're asian and the next person is a white lady , thats my son said you're racist. Don't ever come to this office very unprofessional and racist.
