Mel has been a great asset to us. We bought a home that had an elevator made by Inclinator of America. No one had cared for this system and the day we moved in it broke do to the movers. Mel came and saved us by getting the unit running. He came back to help with maintenance and has been very nice to deal with. He has made owning an elevator an asset and not a liability. He is knowledgeable, on time and gets the job done. What more could ask for. Five stars well earned!
