Many experts believe that after the 2008 recession that hit America, Miami and various locations in South Florida saw drop in employment rates. Although, some experts believe that the trend went weak during 2011 but once again small establishments have seen positive first quarter for the year 2012.

So far, the real estate sector and transportation sector are flourishing because of international buyers that are investing their money.
