    First of all the guy was helpful on the desk. Check in was smooth. But the cars , oh hell - would you like to drive cars over 50.000 miles, so go and rent a car from Sixt. I have had rentals before from other companies like Dollar , Budget but never seen that much worst condition cars. They gave me a car which has a big damage over 30 cms long. I have waited for the e-mail to see the previous damages ; then I didnt see this biggest damage. Then I tried the given QR code to Scan QR code and Self Report. That QR code doesnt work. So that is something un necessary if you dont have a correct working system. Why are you scamming us with a non-working QR code and a bigger damage (which is the cars biggest damage , which is not included in previous. So I tought that if I dont buy a full coverage and I respect and trust Sixt for previous damages ; then you will have to pay somebody else damage. Any way bad smell , old cars with low quality. There is better economical rental options for the same car and reliable.

    SEEMS YOU WILL GET CHARGED EXTRA FEES IF YOU GO TO THE BEACH WITH A SIXT RENTAL CAR First car I received was dinging for deflated air pressure in tires as I was leaving the garage so had to drive around and ask them to check. They gave me a second car that immediately was dinging for an oil change. Kept the car as it was more of preventative maintenance and didnt want to deal with them again. Upon returning the car the manager started taking pictures of the car before my family even unpacked the car. Took pics of an empty water bottle in the cup holder which did get thrown away by me took pics of a garbage bag that my family also threw away, and grains of sand on the floor. I specifically asked if there was problems as Ive never encountered this before having rented dozens of cars, and wanted to see an invoice as my intuition said something was up. The guy was very skittish and told me Id get an invoice immediately. I did get an email invoice immediately that seemed fine, but a few days later was charged way more due to extra cleaning fees. Called Sixt was told the charges were valid as I left a bag of trash, an empty water bottle in the cup holder which was not the case, and there were some grains of sand on the floor. Sixt never again, they cant even manage their own fleet and seem overly eager to tack on extra charges after you leave and cant do anything about it.

    Perfect car rental experience! Almost new car, friendly staff. First time using Sixt and certainly will not be my last. Ive seen lots of comments about toll fees. My suggestion on this is to buy a Sunpass Pro. Its $16 and you can put it on any car. Will work even if youre resident in most eastern states, so you can just take it home and use in future. Then you dont have to worry about the high daily rental fee for the Sunpass or the Sixt admin fees!
