We noticed that we had a very large pine tree in our front yard that had died. I contacted Richmond and Scott arranged for an estimate later in the week. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott called that day and said that he had looked at the tree earlier that morning and quoted a very fair price. He mentioned that he had a crew in our area that was finishing a job early, so they were available that day. I accepted and a few hours later Mike and his crew arrived. From start to finish, they had the tree down and hauled away in slightly less than an hour. There was no damage to a good tree that was only a few feet away from the dead tree and even better, all debris was cleaned up and the lawn looked like it was before they arrived. The only way I would know that there was a large tree at that location was the fresh stump! Between the fast work, excellent clean-up and fair quote, I can't think of any reason to go with another tree service when needed.

We had this company, take a couple trees down for us. They were beyond professional, timely, and when they were done, there was no mess everything was cleaned up.
The owner of the company was always there to answer calls and any questions we had. I would recommend this company highly. They did an awesome job.

Richmond Tree Experts were exceptional! During the consultation, they spent a lot of time going over every tree, answering all my questions, and explaining the process in detail. I came away feeling informed by an experienced arborist and confident with my decisions. They did an excellent job removing several large trees, clearing the stumps, trimming, etc. and gave recommendations for future planting. Very reasonable price for a tremendous amount of work. Thank you!

Scott and his crew were fantastic. Prompt , professional , on time after clearing a very large tree branch that fell on our and fence we decided to top the trees to prevent future damage. We highly recommend

Very good service after Hurricane Idalia brought down a tree on my carport, destroying the carport and crushing a car underneath. A second car was also underneath the carport and trapped but not badly damaged. A Richmond representative was at my house the day after the hurricane to give an estimate, and the next day a work crew and large crane showed up to remove the fallen tree and associated debris. The crew even figured out a clever way to free the second vehicle, and that vehicle is now back in service. The work I described above was paid for by my insurance company, but we also privately contracted with the Richmond crew to remove three other trees that was leaning and to pick up debris in our back yard, which they did to our complete satisfaction.
