Had an appointment for the bf and I last Sat. Had a great experience. Everyone at this office is so welcoming. They answered our questions and helped us with what we needed. They were so nice!

Trying to order contacts for my daughter for two days. Nothing but excuses from them. So difficult. But hey the will take your money when u need an exam. Follow up is an extreme poor performance. I keep getting the we will call u back later.

I made an appointment on Friday and went in today and I was informed that the dr was out with Covid. No call no notification. I walked in and the person asked if I got the notification!! If I got a notification, why would I be there!!!

Jacob is absolutely amazing at his job. He made my daughter and I feel cared about and not just a number. Very sweet and passionate about his job. Ive been there in the past when there would be a lot of employees running around and not answering questions, addressing any concerns, looking happy, etc. Jacob was doing the front check in, the machine dark hot room, and everything else all by himself. And he never once made us feel rushed. He took time to explain any question we had and even was able to handle my daughters anxiety so well with the machine stuff. There arent many people who do his job that can do that the way he did. She felt excited for future visits but most importantly she felt heard without judgment by every person we interacted with. Dr.Woo also addressed all questions we had. She also didnt make us feel like a number. Even picking out the glasses was extremely pleasant compared to the past.(I didnt ask his name which I feel bad for but his desk was closest to the check in desk.) I have never had anyone explain how to choose glasses for. ourselves the way he did let alone explain and show the options for the lense options. The team working today was amazing! Thank you guys! Ive never gotten out of any kind of appointment with my daughter being so uplifted before. I would highly recommend the team Working today to all of my family and friends! I would even bring my youngest who is extremely stubborn when shes fearful of the machines because I feel Jacob would make them all happen without her screaming and running away.
