Office Depot in the Rainbow shopping center is top notch. Ashley and Mr. Jacob Reid is great for the entire company and are great examples of excellent customer service employees. The whole crew on Rainbow and Lake Mead are just wonderful.

I left a review last fall, but never could find it. Go figure...I'm old, disabled, and technology-challenged...so I'm trying again. I have visited the O.D. at 2170 N Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV several times and have had the pleasure of being helped by a young man named BRYCE. Last October when I went in, with a list, not only did he help me, but he looked at my list and dashed to the different aisles in the store and brought me back EXACTLY what I needed (I am mobility-challenged and it would have taken me forever!) He was very kind, polite, professional, and caring. When I saw him in the store yesterday, I thought about the other review I had written that disappeared into cyberspace, and had to try again. Once again, he was the same helpful, polite young man that I remembered. I can't say enough good things about the service he gave me. THANK YOU, BRYCE, I wish all young people were of your caliber. I had an incident there yesterday where I waited on line after FIVE people and there were only two copy machines working. A lady came in when the person in front of me finished and she cut in line. I went up to her and told her that the line was behind me and that I was next and she said that she was after that lady and wasn't moving. I bumped her with my butt to scoot her away and she yelled, don't touch me! Don't touch me! I then thought she wasn't worth going to jail over so i called the employee and told her what was going on and she said it was first come first served. I said well, I was first so what are you going to do about it? She looked at the lady and said NOTHING. Turned back to me and said I can print your documents for you. I said great! For the same price as this copier right? She said NO. I asked for the manager, then, the employee proceeds to help THE LADY with the copy machine. I asked for security she said we don't have any. I felt so disrespected and disregarded. They don't care about their customers and allow us to endure and even encouraged this type of behavior by their actions. The woman in the photo is the ENTITLED WOMAN. THE EMPLOYEE is the one that encouraged the behavior.
