24 Hour Fitness

Theres potential here to be a good gym BUT they insist on keeping this gym uncleaned and like others have mentioned very hot. If we were here to just sit and socialize it would be fine but being we are trying to exercise it makes no sense. My recommendation is go elsewhere for half the price and avoid the risk of passing out during your workouts. Will be doing that myself and canceling.

I commented in a kind manner to 2 employees today, that it's been xtra warm, stuffy and smelly upstairs for 3 weeks. They went out of their way to be Condescending and unhelpful. There is never management there & I go 3 days a week. DO NOT pay upfront, this place may go under any minute.

Past couple months this gym has turned into a sauna complicating finishing my workouts. Average temperature is 75-78. Getting close to going elsewhere. Staff says they have no control its corporates call. Corporate if you are reading this gym is too hot to workout in! Can overlook that it is filthy and often not stocked with supplies but the heat in here is becoming unbearable.

Terrible management and customer service. They treat you with no respect and everything is always closed or broken. This gym doesnt deserve a single penny from anyone.

The shower area is gross, no customer service whatsoever even at the corporate level they just dont care, and now The wet area is closed indefinitely Simply THEY DONT CARE !!! Time to go somewhere else
