Called about getting a fencing bid because they were recommended by the city inspector. She said he would get back to me later that day or the next day. It's now a few days later and no one bothered to reach out to me so I gave them a call and asked why. The lady said she couldn't find my info and didn't know what happened to it. She then became very snooty and hung up on me. I called back and told her the city inspector had given me their business info and I didn't think it was appropriate to act that way when a city official was recommending them. She basically said whatever and I ended the call. Things happen, but it's how you handle them when things go wrong. This woman has absolutely no customer service skills and needs to find something else to do besides answering the phone. My next call is to the city inspector letting them know they probably should reconsider recommending this business as they are rude and do not return calls.
