I had to bring my son here due to his pediatrician being out of the office for the week. First time & I have absolutely zero complaints! Front desk staff is amazing! The doctor was great & the waiting room is very spacious. Would definitely go back if really necessary.

I had a very good experience here until today 03/23/24. I visited here with my daughter around noon today 03/23. There was an African American lady in the front desk who was very rude and arrogant. She does not have minimum courtesy to talk to the patients. She does not have any decorum to be there in the front desk. I am writing this review so that management can investigate to this and take action accordingly. Sorry to give a 1 star review. I will reconsider and change my review in future if I see better front desk behavior.

I had a great experience at Urgent Care during my recent visit with my child. The staff provided exceptional care and were on about our day fairly quickly. Their efficiency and professionalism were truly commendable, making our visit smooth and stress-free. Wish I remembered the nurse who took care of my kid but she was awesome!

I love coming to Kinder whenever I have any concerns with my 3 year old! We have been coming here since she was born and it is the only urgent care that I trust with my daughter. The staff is so kind and always happy! They treat kids so well as well as the parents as far as reassuring and addressing their concerns! There is no other place I would recommend to take your kids to be seen!
10/10 highly recommended!
