Hi Henry…thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you did not have the same stellar experience at Controlled Key Systems that you’ve had in the past.I understand that you and your son came in when Junior was momentarily out of the shop area, but Alexis, our Operations Manager, came out to greet you and help until Junior returned. You asked Alexis if we were open, which is understandable since our front area floor and walls are being repaired due to damage from the recent tropical storm. Hopefully this will be completed by the end of the month as they work on multiple units that sustained the same type of damage.Alexis got your name and company name and you requested two copies of a key that you handed Alexis. At this point Junior returned and Alexis had Junior continue to help you. I know that Junior was looking up your company name in our files, since he is not as familiar with everyone who comes in like Vic was, as Cic had been a part of our team for nearly 20 years before retiring at the end of last year. Junior was trained by Vic for about 1 1/2 years, but again, is not as familiar with everyone as Vic was.. You decided to pay cash for the duplicate keys, but Junior was concerned that the new key blanks were a little thinner than your original, so he offered not to charge your credit card until you confirmed that the keys worked properly. Scott took your call confirming that the keys worked and your card was charged and a receipt sent to you.I do hope we’ll see you again and provide a positive experience for you.
