Didn't even show up to the appointment. Ignored all texts, calls, and emails after confirming appointment. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable. The realtor waited 2 hours for him to show before leaving.

Have tried calling and texting multiple times from both me and my business partner he was prompt and quick to initially meet up and inspect the structure but since then has stopped responding. Which doesnt make any since, been awaiting an email from him about building plans for a foundation and upon receiving the email with those was supposed to be the info to send payment for the inspection and plans.
Very unprofessional and a waste of time, will be looking for a new engineer as of tomorrow so we can finally move forward in the building process again.

Very unprofessional. It took repeated attempts to get a hold of him to get the detail. Never apologized and would say that he had a big client to work for - that was his excuse. I tried to contact him via text, email and phone. His other favorite excuse is that he is busy.
We are all very busy.
Do not waste your time and money.
