Houston might be doing well when it comes to top business information but the city is not doing well when it comes to small businesses at the moment. As per the information derived from various sources, the city has had a poor performance when it comes to small and medium sized companies and the companies are no longer hiring people to expand their companies. As per the information provided by SurePayroll the small business companies are not in great state of business at the moment which could be because of various economic reasons.

As per the information available, SurePayroll said that small business have almost stopped hiring more people and the decline has gone by 0.2% nationwide and 0.8% alone in Houston when compared to data of the earlier month.  The data also revealed that the same is happening in other cities like San Antonio and Dallas where small business market is down and employers need some time to think about how they can make better things from the worse situation. When taking a macro look at the small business hiring records, Pittsburgh has the highest fall which is one percent and therefore small business employers will have to rethink about their business plans.
