The study conducted by Rice University clearly claims that most of the people are now looking for house locations which are close to popular locations.

Many of the people that took part in the survey also said that they would love to make use of the buses and rail system that they have and therefore shoppers who are now looking for better locations know where they need to get their shops so that they can do better businesses.
