        Cockroaches. Hot water issues. Years of poor repair you may pay for when the inevitable breaks at ridiculous costs. "Luxury" decades ago, only the beauty of the grounds itself holds the name. There are much better options around than this. Staff is delusional amongst themselves and are borderline predatory to their tenants.
