These guys are great! I called to have a water heater repaired that was less than 2 years old and had stopped working. I was in a real bind as I had family coming to town and needed this repaired ASAP to have hot water for my guests. They were able to troubleshoot the issue, contact the manufacturer, and get a replacement unit issued under the manufacturers warranty. But since I wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater, they were able to use the credit from my other unit to upgrade my water heater to a tankless unit. Karls team was so efficient at getting this done satisfactorily and flawlessly. 5 stars!
