Employers in Denver feel that things may go out of control if the Facebook privacy issue is not handled the right way. Many employees in Denver believe that providing Facebook password is invasion of privacy and that employers do not hold the right to ask for it. However, there are many employees that feel that they are pressurized to provide the information or they might lose their jobs. Now, many employers feel that the matter needs to be handled in a better way because the issue is already creating lot of debate in various states across America.

Many employees that have voiced their feelings against this feel that Facebook passwords can create more problems in the future because the information can be leaked from the office and some hackers can quickly hack the information to access passwords for all employees in the company. This means that many people will face the problems of their identity being hacked easily. Many law firms believe that employers do not have the right to ask for the Facebook password because they will only lose their candidates in the future. Many human resource companies believe that this is dangerous not only for the employees but also for employers because they will start losing productive and better candidates as people will move out from such companies and look for better job options.
At the moment, there are many debates going on in the United States and the government has to decide whether they will pass an act against the Facebook privacy issue that is stirring the nation.
