Westridge Apartments

I've lived here ten years. The past couple of years I've had a lot going on with my daughters health and needed so much maintenance to be caught up Jay and Randy were amazing and now my place is in top condition. I'm so grateful for all their hard work.

I thought living in Aurora would be bad. Nope this place is topping the cake. A complex listed as non smoking, and yet my neighbor thinks he can smoke inside and I can smell. He smokes on his patio, and it travels up to my space, the two Teresa's in office do nothing about it, but one time I have an argument I get a written notice. They have zero respect for the tenants here. They only cater to the smokers and it's disgusting. Since I have complained about his smoking, he has now smoked every single day, either cigars or pipe tobacco, disgusting. A smell you can't get rid of. On top of that since moving in at the end of July I have been sick ever since, well come to find out They never shampooed my carpets I took 2.5 gallons of dirty water out from my livingroom yesterday and I have even touched my bedroom yet. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lived here for four years and loved it. Reasonable rate increases, the maintenance men were prompt and awesome, very affordable rent for the Denver area. Decent gym and pool, very low tenant turnover rate thanks to the stable rent prices. You will have better luck getting a place here if you go to talk to them in person.

My wife and I have been here 3 years and we love it On site mgmt, good folks, Jay and Randy in maintenance are awesome, well cared for grounds, good neighbors, young families, seniors, and everything in between, and reasonably priced in today's absurd housing market. We're home.

I've lived here for 3 years and love it. The rent is very affordable. The people in the leasing office are incredibly polite and helpful. The maintenance guys are prompt and fix any problems quickly. I have absolutely no complaints and only appreciation.
