***WARNING to anyone looking for employment or doing business with Steve Blatter*** Steve has run his business into the ground with antiquated business practices and the refusal to do anything available to today's businesses to acquire business via e-commerce and other means available. He lies to his customers constantly referring to Alaskans as stupid. A new website was being developed and he told 2 of his employees that Alaskans were to stupid to be able to understand how to use a website anymore complicated than what he already has. He requires absolute obedience from his employees, even if it means it puts you in a position of being libel for misrepresenting his company. He has no HR Policies in place to protect his employees or himself. Yet he hates hiring men because they challenge him, preferring women that he can bully and harrass. And everything that cannot be backed up with a paper trail will be used to defame you if you quit or are fired. Also, there are no procedural processes in place, he has done everything by the seat of his pants, no organization or time management. And he holds none of his employees accountable for anything. If you don't like dogs or can't handle constant barking you will be miserable. His 2 small dogs are brought to the office every day for the whole day. You are not paid to do a job but to babysit him and his overly large, narcissistic ego. And please see the red flag for what it is...All 3 of his employees quit within days of each other because of his inappropriateness, and the stress of his failing business.
