Hostess Brand Looking to Shut Down

Hostess Brands Inc that is based in Irving near Dallas has now made an announcement that they are on the verge of shut down and they will have to look out for liquidity options. The company has already warned the State of Texas on Wednesday stating that they will have to shut down their operations and liquidate the business if certain conditions happen as per their predictions. The company feels that they have analyzed certain patterns and if those situations happen they will have no other option but to shut down their operations and liquidate the company.

Owing to this the company has already sent a notice to all the employees working in the company to ensure that they act as per the WARN act. The company has announced that they have sent notices to all the 18,000 employees working under the company. However, the company has not provided the number of employees that they will lay off if they have to shut down their operations. Hostess Brands Inc is famous in Dallas for making Twinkies and the company said that they need to emerge from the bankruptcy for which they will have to look out for certain market options. The company said that although they are struggling they need to emerge from the bankruptcy as quickly as they can.
