Dallas is soon becoming the center for various industrial base companies and the Dallas Fort Worth industrial market has been growing quickly as per the latest report provided by various companies in the city. The report claims that the DFW industrial market is growing at rapid pace and there are more companies that are trying to find better offices here. The report claims that majority of the companies would like to find better options that can allow them to make the most of the time they have and therefore they are investing in Dallas.

The report also said that companies would like to maximize their efficiency and distribution in the future and Dallas and Fort Worth can offer that. Terry Darrow Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Dallas office said that people are becoming smarter about their inventories and distribution networks and therefore they are heading to Dallas for it. He said that the market here will see lot of growth and development in the next five years. He said that there is lot of industrial space in DFW region and more companies would come in for better manufacturing and distribution options. At the moment the DFW industrial market has vacancy rate of 8.5% which is really good for the market.
