The sales person says one thing and just does it to sale the office space. He told me I would get parking and gym access, this was lies. I paid everything in advance the deposit and first months rent and then they made me pay the next month 15 days after my lease started. They refused after to change the date to the first more lies. They also say the provide the furniture and then had no drawers when I asked. This is a sham, they tell you lies to make the sell and then change everything. I am in my first month and are already so unhappy. Also coffee is a monthly charge and unless you ask to remove it they will automatically charge you as well.

Our company Exellion Group has been a tenant here for the last year and you couldn't find a friendlier bunch of people. The office spaces are very affordable in my experience beating most locations in the Dallas Fortworth Metroplex , also the location is excellent. I love it here and my clients appreciate the staff Ms Jo and Ms Destynee at The Front desk - keep up the good work.
