Costumes in New York City are very popular during Halloween when they have a parade of people walking throughout the whole city dressed up.

Costume rentals and Sales in Los Angeles are also very popular because of the entertainment scene. In the past decade, due to advancements in supply chain technology and just in time production, the stores have been able to pop up and rent space for short amounts of time in order to make money around Halloween.
