Run, don't walk.
After almost $3K worth of home "installation," I would have to say this has been the worst experience I've had as a homeowner. Not only did they NOT complete the installation, they have been hounding me for a piddly $95/hour installation fee - which I formally disputed in a letter as the job was left incomplete (they never ran the cable for my cable box after 2 attempts). So, after I sent the letter, the only contact I have received are invoices for this $95. I would think that as a business owner, customer satisfaction would be paramount. This is not the case with Audio Express.
During the initial consultation, I had one installer tell me they couldn't run the configuration I requested. The second installer they sent (to actually do the work) told me the exact opposite AFTER he finished my second choice of configuration. This was all after the scheduling nightmare that exists with this business.
I have formally opened a complaint with the Attorney General's office, but will definitely cough up the $95 as to not impact my credit. I will pursue this on the back end once the check clears and the complaint has been formalized.
There are a number of reputable companies in the Little Rock area that will come to Conway to clean up the mess left behind by these amateurs.
