Stop & Shop delivers a better bunch of flowers on Time
Requested delivery on thursday to the house by Friday but no delivery occured received 11 drooping red roses on Valentines day with no water in the box and a tag from Wesley that said do not deliver before valentines day paid $97 for a disappointment and failure to deliver on time and product did not appear to be what I ordered.

There over billing
Don't use them for your flower needs! They have a prices on there web site with prom codes for discounts, when you get to the end of the order "this is after your credit card is ran" the price of the flowers when for $29.99 to $49.99 and the $20.00 was gone. So I pay $72.06 for the flowers when it should have been 29.66 the overcharge me $42.40. I called and emailed them days before the flowers delivery date, but no answer. It was over a week later when I got an email that said " Our apologies but we cannot issue a refund of anything for this order. It has been delivered and been over a week since done so. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused." So don't use them they probably over charge everybody They have four other web site American floral delivery, Flower Delivery Express , 800wesleys, and Wesley berry flowers BUYER BEWARE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Day One: I am across the country and my fiance is sick at home. She needs some love so I order a bouquet from 800wesleys.com. Later that night I get an email stating they were backed up and would not be able to be delivered until the next day.She wasn't going to be home the next day so I call their 800 number to cancel. I Spent 20 minutes on hold until I get an answering service. (Their website claims they have a State of the Art call center that serves them 24/7) I speak to a woman named Deb who obviously did not pass along the message. Day 4: I get another email saying they would not be delivered until the next day. I called and waited on hold AGAIN for another 20 minutes! no one answers. I get an answering machine this time and I am careful to leave my name, order and telephone number in a message to call back, but again...no one does. Day 5: I call and actually reach someone! She tells me the order was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I told her I have been trying to
