Called in and asked for a total amount we transacted in 2022 with James Bendell. James could not remember who we were and clearly expressed he had more import things going on before hanging up on me. Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism after you are done transacting with Mr. Bendell.

We had an attorney in Washington that recommended Bendell Law firm and spoke to him before my wife reached out. When my wife called he was rude to her and said that he wasnt interested in a case that another attorney had turned down. My wife tried to explain she was referred but he continued to be rude. This is typical of someone who is just a money grabber and doesnt care to even take time for someone from his own community. If I could give him negative stars I would. Shame on you for treating people this way. ** Edit to response. Your callous response further reinforces you poor attitude and demeanor. We were not rejected by anyone, actually quite the opposite we were referred to you by an out of state attorney that spoke with you about our case. You were so busy talking and being full of yourself that you didnt listen to my wife! Typical of someone that wants to stand on how long you have been working! 40 years of being rude to women is not an accomplishment in my book!

This person called and said he needed amount paid so he could give it to his accountant tomorrow. I told him to send me an email and I would evaluate the request. It is irresponsible for an attorney to provide client information over the phone if he does not recognize the caller. He never sent the email.
